Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a procurement-focused professional to own the consumables category for multiple data center sites. You will set stocking strategies, negotiate national and regional supplier terms, and build a data-driven replenishment system to ensure continuous supply and minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates will have experience managing high-SKU procurement across sites, standardizing SKUs, and automating reordering processes.

Qualifications

• Managed high-SKU-count procurement across multiple sites.
• Set min/max stocking levels from usage data and defended against stockouts/write-offs.
• Standardized SKUs across sites to consolidate purchasing power.
• Automated reordering rather than relying on memory.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumables category (coolant, filters, spares, PPE) for sites.
• Set stocking strategies per site to avoid idle stock.
• Negotiate national and regional agreements for early site pricing and supply.
• Build replenishment system driven by consumption data.
