Job summary

Fluidstack is expanding its supply chain to support blazing-fast AI compute with a global spares program. You will build and run a spare parts sourcing program for critical datacenter equipment, qualifying suppliers and dual-sourcing to protect uptime.

You will tie stocking decisions to failure data, negotiate terms that keep parts on site, and forecast demand with reliability teams to stay ahead of maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience building or running spare parts or MRO sourcing for capital equipment.
• Ability to set stocking levels and align with failure rates and criticality.
• Proven track record sourcing across multiple equipment categories.

Responsibilities

• Build global spares sourcing program for datacenter equipment.
• Qualify and dual-source spare parts suppliers and set min/max levels.
• Negotiate consignment or stocking terms to keep parts on site.
• Forecast spares demand with reliability teams and maintain catalog accuracy.
