Job summary

Closets by Design Seattle North is seeking a motivated Sourcing Manager to join our team in Woodinville, WA. You will select and manage hardware vendors, negotiate pricing, and align design, sales, and production on specifications to keep projects moving.

You will build vendor relationships, source hardware that meets quality and cost standards, monitor inventory, and manage purchase orders while communicating clearly across departments. This role offers weekday hours and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or inventory management (cabinetry, closets, millwork, or building products experience a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and purchasing/inventory software.
• Great communicator who works well across departments.
• A problem-solver who stays organized under deadline pressure.

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sourcing Manager to join our closets team. In this role, you\'ll help fulfill customer orders by selecting and managing hardware vendors, negotiating pricing, and keeping our design, sales, and production teams aligned on specifications.
