Job summary

Closets by Design in Woodinville, WA is seeking a proactive Sourcing Manager to lead vendor selection, negotiate terms, and align design, sales, and production teams on hardware specifications.

You will manage suppliers, monitor inventory, and ensure on-time fulfillment while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay, benefits, and 401k matching. This role emphasizes relationship building with vendors, cost control, and identifying quality hardware that meets design standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in purchasing, sourcing, or inventory management (cabinetry, closets, millwork, or building products experience a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and purchasing/inventory software.
• Great communicator who works well across departments.
• A problem-solver who stays organized under deadline pressure.

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sourcing Manager to join our closets team. In this role, you'll help fulfill customer orders by selecting and managing hardware vendors, negotiating pricing, and keeping our design, sales, and production teams aligned on specifications.
