Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Production Worker to join our growing team to assist in shop operations and assembly of custom cabinetry. You will work with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and follow installation techniques to meet company standards.

The role supports a fast-paced environment with emphasis on quality, detail, and teamwork. Training is provided, and experience in woodworking is preferred.

Qualifications

• We will train you to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.
• Experience in woodworking or cabinet-making is preferred (32mm systems).
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.

• Produce and assemble custom cabinetry and organizational systems according to specifications.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Production Worker to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently


• Produce and assemble custom cabinetry and organizational systems according to specifications


• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques


• Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager

Job Requirements

• We will train you to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems


• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems)

• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Some prior Woodworking experience is preferred but not required
