Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent.
• - 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• - Basic computer skills for job tasks.
• - Ability to perform basic math and read measurements (inches and feet).
• - Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
• - Familiarity with portable power tools and machine tools (band saw, panel saw, chop saw, grinder).
• - Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• - Reliable transportation for consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble commercial units and accessories accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect work during assembly and complete required quality documentation.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and build instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machine tools safely and correctly.
• Meet build schedules and estimated labor hours.
• Support insulation and production needs as required.
• Complete documentation such as non-conformance reports, part shortages, and engineering changes.
• Participate in cross-training and stay current on build processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Take initiative to solve problems and suggest improvements to processes, tools, and workspaces.
• Remain flexible and assist with other tasks as production demands change.
