Job summary

RenewAire LLC in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Residential Technician to assemble residential ERV units and accessories with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to a safe, positive production environment.

You will work with hand and light power tools, read measurements, and maintain quality throughout the build process while collaborating with a committed team to meet schedules and improve lead times.

As a Residential Technician, you’ll help assemble residential ERV units that directly improve indoor air quality while supporting faster lead times and exceptional customer outcomes.

Optional Schedule

• Four 10 hour days (Friday afternoons off!)
• Five 8 hour days Monday – Friday

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
