This role is part of the Procurement Services team, which provides centralized sourcing, contract negotiation, purchasing, and vendor management for WPS. The team also supports contracting for new ventures and vendor-related business development. The Sourcing Manager will lead solicitations, requirements gathering, sourcing, and contract negotiations for IT and non-IT goods and services, supporting WPS's business objectives through effective vendor contracts and cost management.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $95,000

The base pay may vary based on experience and skills.

Work Location

This role is remote in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin.

In This Role You Will

• Manage supplier selection through RFQ, RFI, and RFP processes, aligning requirements with business goals.
• Lead contract review and approval, collaborating with stakeholders and Legal.
• Develop deep category knowledge and leverage industry expertise.
• Drive competitive supply strategies for cost savings.
• Track cost savings and cost avoidance.

Business Development and Relationship Management

• Support sourcing and contracting for new ventures and partnerships.
• Participate in proposal development and negotiations.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and key suppliers.
• Ensure contractual compliance with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams.
• Manage customer expectations and influence stakeholders.

Supply Chain Risk Management

• Assess supplier risks and ensure accountability.
• Manage contract portfolios and monitor performance.
• Participate in vendor management system implementation.
