This position is part of the Enterprise Critical, Strategic, and Preferred Vendor Program, within the Strategic Sourcing Team.
The role involves structuring and negotiating complex, long-term vendor contracts of strategic importance to the Bank. Acts as a trusted advisor to internal business partners, supporting short and long-term roadmaps. Maintains strong knowledge of market trends to structure and negotiate a wide range of contract types such as software, services, staffing, consulting, and outsourcing. Provides support and guidance for less experienced associates and leads complex projects to deliver key results.
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in contract structuring and negotiation for services, software, staffing, SaaS, consulting, and outsourcing OR High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Certifications preferred include: Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager, Contract and Commercial Management certification, and Certified Professional in Supply Management.
