Overview:

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sourcing Manager to support Custom Ink’s strategic sourcing initiatives. You will be a key player in optimizing supplier relationships, improving sourcing workflows, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and documentation processes. The ideal candidate brings:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
  • Industry experience within PPAI or ASI is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and supplier relationship management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and data analysis tools
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration
Compensation:

We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.

  • For this salaried exempt position, the salary range is $71,000 - $86,500 plus a performance bonus targeted at 5% of base salary, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Placement within the range is determined by factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

What you’ll do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier contacts.
  • Create and manage documentation for procedures, onboarding, and processes.
  • Provide market intelligence for sourcing decisions and product expansion.
  • Collaborate across teams to implement improvements.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of promotional products, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Maintain sourcing tools and schedules, considering seasonal and regional variations.
  • Support leadership with error review and process improvements.

  • Management of reconciliation processes and error resolution.
  • Contributions to process documentation and team training.
  • Effective collaboration and communication.
  • Process optimization and sourcing efficiencies.
