Job summary

Kimbel Mechanical Systems, Inc. in Fayetteville, Arkansas is seeking a Sourcing Manager to empower our field team by sourcing wisely, coordinating materials, and ensuring on-time deliveries.

You will work closely with Warehouse, Project Management, and Estimating teams to specify job-specific material and to control costs. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn new computer systems.

Responsibilities

Core Physical Requirements

Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects, typically up to 50–75 lbs independently

Mobility and Agility: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces (like crawlspaces or attics), and kneeling or crouching for extended periods

Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small tools and components with precision Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–12 hour shift , often in varying weather conditions or non-climate-controlled environments
