Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston, TX seeks an Analyst, Sourcing and Contracts - Services/Construction to support procurement activities across projects and operations. You will learn and perform basic RFP tasks, prepare bid materials, handle NDAs, and draft Task Orders with Legal guidance to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.

As an early-career professional, you will develop knowledge of CLM and P2P processes, review requisitions, and help build bid lists.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 0–3 years experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain role involving services or construction projects with civil, structural and mechanical scopes.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply procurement processes and supply chain best practices to support business objectives.
• Issue and complete NDAs with potential bidders/vendors as required.
• Support CLM and P2P input activities and processes for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain CLM records and verify P2P inputs for accuracy.
• Prepare, sort and organize CLM and P2P data for reporting.
• Assist in pre-bid meetings, evaluate vendor responses, and support award recommendations.
• Understand and negotiate standard terms, scope of work, and pricing to protect the company.
• Draft Task Orders and contract amendments with Legal support.
• Meet company policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Travel to sites in Louisiana and/or suppliers domestically and internationally as required.
