Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking a Sourcing & Contract Specialist – IT in Arlington to craft IT procurement strategies, issue RFPs, negotiate terms, and manage software contracts and service agreements. You will work with internal IT, Projects, Operations and Pipeline teams to ensure cost, quality and timely completion of IT procurements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or IT and at least 3 years in IT procurement, with travel to sites in Louisiana and international suppliers as needed;

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of procurement processes and contracting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze vendor proposals and negotiate terms.
• Experience with MS OfficeSuite; SAP and Coupa preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply IT procurement strategies and advise on procurement for IT goods/services.
• Issue and manage NDAs, RFPs, purchase orders, and software contracts.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and select vendors.
• Draft MSAs, SLAs, DPAs and other IT agreements with legal teams.
