Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a skilled procurement professional to drive sourcing strategy and category analytics for Technology and Banking Platforms. You will manage RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Responsibilities include supplier relationship management, spend analysis, and maintaining Coupa and contract management systems. The role requires strong analytics, negotiation, and project leadership within a global financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance.
• 6+ years in Sourcing or Procurement-related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in Procurement/Supply Chain is a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategy and perform category analytics within the Business Applications Category (Software Technology and Banking Platforms).
• Lead RFx process, including project management, development of RFx, negotiations and award process.
• Contract review of technology agreements and leading price negotiations and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and procedures.
• Support supplier relationships and due diligence processes.
