Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop data-driven presentations for senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders and suppliers to develop and execute technology sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, pricing and contracts including SOWs.
• Manage contract administration including NDAs and termination notices.
• Conduct market analysis, create RFP/RFI templates, evaluate pricing, and model total cost.
• Analyze contract requirements, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to identify cost savings and value.
• Prepare strategic presentations and present sourcing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent senior sourcing leaders in meetings.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Sourcing Manager to lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing initiatives across technology and FinTech categories. This role focuses on delivering measurable commercial value, optimizing supplier relationships, and supporting enterprise sourcing strategies through data-driven analysis and innovative procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and suppliers to develop and execute technology sourcing strategies.
• Lead and support complex supplier negotiations involving pricing, contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and other commercial agreements.
• Manage contract administration, including NDAs, standard agreements, and termination notifications.
• Conduct market analysis, develop RFP/RFI templates, evaluate pricing, and perform total-cost modeling.
• Analyze contract requirements, identify risks and contracting issues, and recommend solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics and emerging technologies to identify cost savings and additional commercial value.
• Prepare strategic PowerPoint presentations and communicate sourcing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent senior sourcing leaders in high-impact meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management, preferably within financial services.
• Strong experience with pricing analysis, commercial negotiations, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven presentations for senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, influence stakeholders, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with procurement and contract management platforms such as Ivalua and Sirion.
• Familiarity with technology and FinTech sourcing categories and emerging technologies.
• Experience using AI-powered analytics to identify sourcing efficiencies and commercial opportunities.
