Qualifications:

Bachelor's or equivalent experience

Tools or Software: No specific systems - new ERP systems in the works
Limited travel, as the business requires (could be global and domestic travel)

Description:

Source and procure spare parts for industrial generators, ensuring optimal inventory levels and cost effectiveness.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
Create and process purchase orders
Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to understand technical specifications and urgent requirements
Monitor supplier performance metrics and delivery compliance
Identify alternative sources for hard-to-find parts
Manage inventory levels
Investigate company spending
Elaborate proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in their own field
Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
Contributes to project as a team member
