Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising, retail sales, buying or internship experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables; able to learn related tools quickly.
• Innate sense of fashion and ability to analyze and translate trends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to multitask and collaborate.
• Attention to detail and timely completion of tasks; able to meet concurrent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analyze performance; run ad hoc analyses.
• Review seasonal commits by style, color, and size with Sourcing and Allocation partners.
• Monitor purchase orders and inventory through receipt reconciliation.
• Order, track, and organize samples for each season and ensure catalog photo accuracy.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate product representation for shoots and floor sets.
• Gather data for catalog copy cards and assist with web content reviews.
