• Prepare regular reports on supplier performance and sourcing activities.
• Visit stores/factories to assess locations, pricing and opportunities.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure policy compliance.
• Track gross profit margins for accounts.
• Liaise with Director of Sourcing and overseas factories.

Role Description

• Will work closely with the Director of Sourcing.
• Experience in sourcing out of Asia and Africa.
• Experience is working directly with overseas factories.
• Monitor open fabric and production capacity reservations and liabilities to ensure factories are level loaded.
• Develop and executes the development and communication of seasonal calendars to maintain deadlines.
• Review tech packs to ensure that cost targets and design features are aligned.
• Negotiate the best costs without compromising the brand’s quality or on‑time deliveries.
• Maintain and update all costing history.
• Review time and action calendars before orders are placed to ensure that lead‑times are feasible.
• Manage the creation & processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitoring each accounts gross profit margin.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sourcing activities and supplier performance.
• Help develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supply chain operations.
• Regular store visits to look at on floor product, identifying white space, manufacturing locations and price points.
• Assist with departmental projects on an as needed basis.
