Qualifications

• Experience sourcing from Asia and Africa.
• Experience working directly with overseas factories.
• Ability to review tech packs to ensure cost targets and design features are aligned.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate best costs without compromising quality or on-time deliveries.
• Monitor fabric and capacity reservations to ensure level loading.
• Develop seasonal calendars and communicate schedules to partners.
• Review tech packs for alignment with cost targets and features.
• Prepare regular reports on supplier performance and sourcing activities.
• Visit stores/factories to assess locations, pricing and opportunities.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure policy compliance.
• Track gross profit margins for accounts.
• Liaise with Director of Sourcing and overseas factories.
