Job summary

IsaacMorris Limited in the New York area is seeking a dynamic administrative and operations-support role to assist the sales team with account execution, order processing, and documentation. The role also covers inventory monitoring, forecasting, and item/content management for ecommerce channels.

The candidate will collaborate with sales and operations to maintain accuracy across item data, orders, and analytics, ensuring timely delivery and clean data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day account execution and administrative support
• Enter, review, and manage orders accurately and on time
• Track orders from commit receipt through shipment and delivery; flag risks proactively
• Assist with sales meeting prep, line reviews, internal recaps, and buyer requested forms/templates
• Maintain accurate documentation related to items, orders, and account activity
• Monitor inventory levels across DCs, stores, and eCommerce channels
• Identify potential inventory risks, overstocks, or aging inventory
• Partner with sales and operations to support forecasting, replenishment, and order flow
• Support inventory reconciliations and post-order reviews
• Reporting & Sales AnalysisBuild and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from sales leadership
• Support item setup, item changes, and maintenance within IML and retailers systems
• Assist with new item creation, attribute accuracy, and data validation
• Maintain eCommerce item content, images, and attributes in coordination with internal teams
• Ensure item data is clean, accurate, and aligned across systems
