CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a major name in insurance to seek out a team of talented Sourcers for an exciting temp to hire role in Southlake, TX. If you have 2+ years of experience in recruiting/sourcing, and recent Workday experience, we encourage you to apply today!

Job Title: Sourcer

Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM

Duration: Temp to hire!

Pay Rate: $30-31.25/hr (based on experience)

Job Duties:

• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools (database, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify qualified candidates for Licensed Customer Service Agents
• Manage and track candidates throughout the recruitment process using Workday, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
• Work closely with Recruiters to understand role requirements and schedule qualified candidates for them to interview
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
• Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and manage communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Provide insights on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor intelligence to hiring managers and the talent acquisition team

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, with a strong focus on using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and Workday
• Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates
• Strong ability to manage multiple open roles, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who can work effectively with HR teams and hiring managers
• A flexible mindset with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and needs
