Trane Technologies is seeking a senior quality engineering leader to oversee designated Sourced Products partners. You will advance quality initiatives from product inception through post-sales support, mentor suppliers, and govern FPY and warranty metrics.
The role requires extensive experience in APQP, FMEA and PPAP, and travel up to 50% as needed. You will drive standard work and collaborate across multiple levels of the Trane organization to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Provide quality engineering leadership to designated partners within the Sourced Products portfolio of HVAC Finished Goods to promote and foster an exceptional customer experience for the Trane Branded equipment provide by these partners. Manage, coach and mentors Sourced Products partners on strategic quality initiatives from product inception through post-sales issues to mitigate potential quality risks for expected performance. Manage supplier usage of standard work elements tailored to drive improved performance in problem solving activities, new program launches, field service engagement and end customer experience.
