Trane Technologies is hiring a Supplier Quality/APQP Engineer to support the Supply/Aftermarket unit. This role can be based in Davidson, NC; La Crosse, WI; or Atlanta, GA, reporting to the Supply Quality Leader.
You will drive quality improvements across our HVAC distribution network and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities include improving supplier performance, managing customer quality complaints, and supporting PPAP/APQP processes.

This role can be based in one of our campus hub locations: Davidson, NC; La Crosse, WI; or Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for driving improvements in quality performance and supporting activities to continuously improve the department overall. The Supplier Quality/APQP Engineer will work with cross-functional team to investigate and identify root causes and help resolved report quality issues in our HVAC distribution network. The role will report to the Supply Quality Leader.
