Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions seeks a Throughput Analyst (TIP) in Springfield, VA, onsite. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly or willingness to obtain one, and deep GEOINT knowledge across collection, data, and dissemination processes.

You will work with GEOINT systems and collaborate with IC/DoD partners, providing recommendations to meet user needs while supporting 24x7 operations with 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly or willingness to obtain CI Poly
• Knowledge of GEOINT foreign disclosure and release processes
• Experience with GEOINT systems, data, and collaborations environments
• Core GEOINT mission background in Source Collection, Source Foundation, or GEOINT Analysis
• Experience providing recommendations to meet user needs
• Knowledge of GEOINT sensors and dissemination architectures
• Knowledge of GEOINT Collection processes, GIS, geospatial data/analysis
• Ability to liaise with IC and DoD to enable intelligence integration
• Ability to manage competing demands and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to support 24x7 operations with 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis
• GPC-I/GPC-F proficiency

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly or willing to take a CI Poly
• Knowledge of GEOINT foreign disclosure and release processes
• Experience with GEOINT systems, data, and collaborations environments.
• Basic understanding or core GEOINT mission background in one or more of Source Collection, Source Foundation, or GEOINT Analysis.
• Experience providing recommendations for solutions to meet user needs
• Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities and supporting dissemination processes and architectures
• Knowledge of GEOINT Collection processes, geospatial information systems (GIS), or geospatial data and analysis
• Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team to manage competing demands while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
• Ability to support 24x7 operations working 12-hours shifts on a rotational basis.
• Geospatial-Intelligence Proficiency Level-I (GPC-I/GPC-F)

• Experience with GEOINT International Affairs strategy, mission, policy, and procedures
• Experience working with Disclosure and Release office on data or content release decisions
