Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Follow hand washing, PPE, and food handling policies at all times.
  • Supervise orientation, training, scheduling and delegation of volunteers.
  • Maintain sanitary kitchen conditions per NY State Public Health regulations.
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
  • Supervise food prep and cooking; check plating and temperatures.
  • Establish portion sizes and ensure appropriate licenses.
