Job summary

Concessions International in Atlanta seeks an experienced hospitality leader to manage daily unit operations, optimize costs, labor and inventory, and uphold quality of products and services. You will supervise Assistant Managers, mentor staff, ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements, and drive superior guest service through training and strong communication.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in hospitality or equivalent, with hands-on experience in soul food

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in soul food preparation, including traditional recipes, cooking methods, and authentic presentation.
• Ability to maintain high culinary standards while training staff on consistent and culturally respectful preparation of soul food dishes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day unit operations, labor and inventory control to meet budget targets.
• Supervise Assistant Managers and staff; ensure proper staffing and adherence to schedules.
• Review P&L and operating data; provide analysis to management as needed.
• Maintain quality control records, food safety, and loss prevention policies.
• Ensure compliance with company, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, select, promote and develop associates; manage incentive programs.
• Train and develop staff to deliver superior guest service and ensure airport unit compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to inspect and replace equipment as needed.
