Job summary

SMG3Rx is seeking a technical lead for MDM design and deployment across our healthcare and industrial customers, with a strong focus on SOTI. The role blends hands-on device configuration with platform architecture, pre-sales support, and team training.

Reporting to the Sr. Solutions Architect, you will standardize profiles and deployment templates, lead complex migrations, and drive fleet visibility through reporting, while traveling to HQ and customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SOTI experience with proven reductions in device configuration time and improved batch throughput.
• Experience building and maintaining device profiles and templates with live deployments.
• Familiarity with Zebra and Honeywell configuration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOTI deployments end-to-end for healthcare/industrial verticals.
• Own root-cause analysis and serve as top internal escalation point for SOTI issues.
• Develop and maintain runbooks/build guides for consistency across deployments.
• Collaborate on pre-sales platform architecture and create demo environments.
• Travel to HQ and customer sites as needed for major deployments.
