Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sorting Room Supervisor in efficiently utilizing employees under your supervision; train and cross-train personnel.
• Assist in ensuring merchandise is sorted, tagged, and priced according to policy.
• Maintain records of attendance, work schedules, production output, and inventory.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment; create and post a clean-up schedule.
• Protect jewelry and items of value; supervise work therapy participants as assigned.
• Support the work therapy program component and perform other duties as needed.
