Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Sorting Machine Operator to join our onsite team in El Dorado Hills, CA. You will set up and run high-speed presort equipment, preparing mail for USPS acceptance and ensuring customer requirements are met.

This role requires standing for 12-hour shifts, lifting up to 70 lbs, and flexibility for weekends/holidays/overtime with a salary of $18.00–$19.00 per hour plus a shift differential. Bonus eligible and comprehensive benefits information available on our site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment with knowledge of postage rates and material confirmation.
• Experience operating material insert machines.
• Ability to follow in-depth work instructions and work with a sense of urgency.
• Requires standing for 12-hour shifts and lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends/holidays/overtime.

We are seeking a Sorting Machine Operator to join our onsite team in El Dorado Hills, CA.

In this role, you will set up and run high-speed presort equipment, preparing mail for acceptance by the USPS, and ensuring all customer requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow in-depth work instructions and keep the machine running at the optimal pace for each job.
• Set up and operation of high speed, automated computer-controlled equipment, including performance of preventative maintenance and authorized repairs.
• Monitors and is responsible for quality throughout each job. Completes all required documentation relevant to every job.
• Follows all departmental and safety procedures.
• May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
• Meet and maintain departmental throughout goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a production environment, with knowledge of postage rates and material confirmation
• Experience in the operation of material insert machines is necessary.

Shift: Early Week Night - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Salary rate is $18.00 -$19.00 per hour, plus a shift differential.
