Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Indianapolis, IN, is hiring for a Part-time Sortation position at the 5851 Guion Rd distribution center. The role supports movement of product, organizes outgoing orders, and prepares shipments for loading into totes and pallets. The schedule offers up to 28 hours per week with two shift blocks.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail oriented, capable of using RF scanners and computers, and able to lift 25–50 lbs (up to 100 lbs). A drug screen is required where applicable.

Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Sortation, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will organize all outgoing orders by placing packages into totes and pallets in preparation for shipping. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 5851 Guion Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46254. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
