Job summary

Alpha Gamma Delta Property Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Chef to support the Head Chef in managing the college sorority house kitchen and equipment. You will help provide balanced meals, excellent service, and a clean dining environment for residents and guests.

The role focuses on timely meal prep, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities to assist during events and maintain kitchen standards in a busy, collegiate setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.
• 2–4 years in a culinary role required; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation following HACCP standards.
• Refresh items during service and maintain clean kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and break down service area before/after meals.
• Assist Head Chef with day-to-day and event tasks.
• Collaborate with the food committee as applicable.
• Light dishwashing and other duties as assigned.
