Clovis Community College invites applications for an 11-month faculty contract as Instructor in Diagnostic Medical Sonography/Program Director. The role leads the program, oversees clinical supervision, and delivers theory instruction while maintaining contact with clinical sites and students on campus or via hybrid formats.

The position requires day, evening, and online teaching, a current DMS license in NM with national abdominal certification, and at least two years of clinical sonography

Formación

• Bachelor degree and NM sonography license with national certification in Abdominal Sonography.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience as a registered sonographer.
• Experience supervising, instructing, and evaluating students in an educational setting.
• Willingness to teach day, evening, and online courses.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and teach courses in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• T each 12 credit hours each Fall and Spring; may include online/hybrid.
• Consult with students during office hours and participate in advisement.
• Develop curricula, assess student outcomes, and collaborate with faculty.
• Maintain licenses and supervise clinical sites and faculty.
