Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required; current Diagnostic Medical Sonography license in New Mexico.
• National certification in Abdominal Sonography required.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience as a registered sonographer.
• Experience in supervision, instruction, evaluation, and student guidance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach courses in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• Teach 12 credit hours each Fall and Spring semester, including day/evening/online formats.
• Serve as Program Director and supervise clinical experiences for students.
• Develop curricula, select materials, and ensure cohesive student assessment.
• Maintain program licensing, certifications, and supervise faculty.
