Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program Director in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role leads clinical education programs and oversees student clinical experiences.

You will build relationships with clinical affiliates, mentor students, and supervise instructors to ensure high standards in the program. ARDCS with AE and 4+ years of sonography experience are required; two degrees are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and Bachelor's Degree (required).
• 4+ years of full-time professional experience in Sonography.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with Adult Echocardiography (AE).

Responsibilities

• Clinical Education Leadership: Initiate, administer, assess, and document clinical education programs, ensuring high educational standards for students.
• Community Development: Build strong relationships with clinical affiliates and secure new affiliation agreements.
• Student Support: Mentor, advise, and guide students during clinical rotations.
• Supervision: Oversee clinical instructors and preceptors at sites to meet program requirements.
