Job summary

TridentCare in the United States (Atlanta region) is seeking a part-time ultrasound technologist to perform mobile imaging for our client base. You will operate a portable ultrasound system, drive to patient sites within the service area, and transmit studies to radiologists for interpretation.

Requirements include ARDMS RVT certification with vascular/general registries; Echo is a plus, valid driver's license, and ability to work 8-hour weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• ARDMS RVT certification required.
• Vascular and General registries; Echo a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• On-site mobile ultrasound role with weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be on the team and contribute to better processes.
• Drive company vehicle to patients within service area.
• Perform quality ultrasound studies for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule.
• Train other technologists and participate in meetings.
• Submit accurate timesheets and assist in other duties as needed.

Position: Part-time with registries in Vascular and General. Echo is a plus!

Our sonographers provide care to our patients, wherever they call home. Our ultrasound techs are provided with all needed resources, including vehicle and gas card, portable ultrasound machine and equipment, PPE, scrubs, etc...

PAY: Starting at $40.00 hourly based on experience

HOURS: 8-hour shifts-This is a weekend coverage position

ROLE:Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally by driving company vehicle to each patient, within designated service area
• Perform quality ultrasound studies to transmit to radiologist for interpretation
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule
• Assist in other service areas, as needed
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol
• Other duties, as needed:
• Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing
• Attend and participate in meetings
• Train other technologists
• Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic ability to use mobile device and apps
• Flexibility to adjust to changes and process improvements
• Ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills, both written and oral
• Good driving skills

Requirements:

• Vascular and General registries. Echo a plus!
• Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations, as required
• Valid driver's license, in good standing
