Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a dedicated part-time sonographer to deliver mobile ultrasound services across our Delaware client base. Registries in vascular or general are required, with Echo as a plus, and you’ll operate as part of a team in a home-visit setting.

Expect Saturdays and Sundays with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts. A company vehicle, gas card, portable ultrasound equipment, PPE, and scrubs are provided to support you in the field.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Sonography program.
• Vascular or General registries; Echo is a plus.
• Reliable driving record and ability to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base.
• Be ON the team, driving quality and compassion to patients.
• Perform ultrasound studies and transmit to radiologist for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and schedule of maintenance.
• Submit accurate timesheets and participate in meetings as needed.

Pay

$40.00 - $42.00 - based on experience

Hours

Part-time Saturday and Sunday; hours flexible 8 or 10-hour shifts

Role

Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally by driving company vehicle to each patient, within designated service area
• Perform quality ultrasound studies to transmit to radiologist for interpretation
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule
• Assist in other service areas, as needed
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol
• Other duties, as needed:
  • Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing
  • Attend and participate in meetings
  • Demonstrate regular attendance
  • Train other technologists
  • Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Sonography program
• Vascular or General registries. Echo is a plus!
• Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations, as required
• Valid driver's license, in good standing
