Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL, seeks a Perinatal Sonographer III to perform advanced perinatal imaging and tests. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality fetal care and accurate diagnostic studies.

Minimum five years’ sonography experience with perinatal focus; ARDMS/CCI registry preferred; BLS (AHA) certified. Expect day shift, part-time hours, and a supportive, clinical environment that emphasizes growth and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved diagnostic medical sonography program with a minimum of five years’ experience; additional clinical experience or credentials may be considered in lieu of some education.
• Specialty registry through ARDMS or CCI.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sonographer; Perinatal Sonography experience is required.
• Dual registries preferred (e.g., Fetal Echo, Pediatric Echocardiography, Nuchal Translucency, Advanced Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Adult Echo).
• Current BLS certification, AHA.

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in perinatal diagnostic testing and manages focused studies.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive fetal care.
• Provides anticipatory observation and management for expected events in perinatal imaging.

Position Summary:

The Perinatal Sonographer III demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in the management of diagnostic testing. Demonstrates focused critical thinking, integrates multi-system implications and provides anticipatory observation and management for predictable events. Demonstrates interdisciplinary collaboration and an outcome-oriented approach to care.

Shift

• Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary Range:

Minimum 40.78/hour - Maximum 65.24/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
