Job summary

Elliot Health System's Ultrasound department is seeking a Sonographer to produce high-quality diagnostic images for Radiologist interpretation. The role involves team-based work across hospital and off-site locations, with exams including OB/GYN, MSK, vascular, abdominal, and more.

Qualified candidates will have ARDMS credentials, completion of a CAAHEP-accredited program, and the ability to obtain BLS during employment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited (CAAHEP) Sonography program recognized by ARDMS.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures based on IAC standards and ARDMS codes of ethics.
• Serves as the primary liaison between patients, licensed practitioners, and the support team.
• Follows departmental exam protocols and uses professional judgment and critical thinking.
