Job summary

SolutionHealth’s Ultrasound department seeks a Sonographer to produce high-quality diagnostic images for Radiologist interpretation. You will work as part of a team across shifts and locations, performing exams including obstetric, abdominal, vascular, breast, MSK and neonatal imaging.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited (CAAHEP) Sonography program recognized by ARDMS.
• Preferred: prior Diagnostic Medical Sonographer experience.
• Familiarity with neuro-sonology, vascular, abdominal, obstetrical/gynecological scanning preferred.
• MIRT compliance prior to hire required.
• ARDMS registration preferred; OR registry eligible within 12 months; vascular registry within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures based on IAC standards and ARDMS ethics.
• Serves as primary liaison between patients, licensed practitioners, and support team.
• Adheres to departmental exam protocols and demonstrates professional judgment and critical thinking.
• Maintains compliance with applicable licensing and registry requirements.
