Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Sonographer to join our Ultrasound Team. The role involves performing diagnostic ultrasound imaging to support diagnosis and treatment, including portable and on-call exams.

You will ensure equipment readiness, document procedures accurately, and work independently across various sites. An Associate degree or trade school training and RDMS certification are required, with RDCS preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school training in ultrasound.
• RDMS or equivalent certification is required; RDCS or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years experience preferred; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging on adult and pediatric patients, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular studies.
• Assist with needle procedures like biopsies and drainages.
• Ensure proper function and maintenance of ultrasound equipment.
• Work independently, including during on-call and portable exams at various sites.

Role Overview

Join a dynamic Ultrasound Team as a Sonographer, responsible for performing ultrasound imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities include ensuring equipment readiness, independently conducting ultrasound studies (including portable and on-call exams), and documenting procedures accurately.

Qualifications include an Associate degree or trade school training, RDMS or equivalent certification, and preferred experience of at least 2 years.

Licenses such as Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and RDCS or equivalent are also desirable.

Key Duties
