Job description

Located in Phoenix, AZ, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all levels of ultrasound procedures related to specialty, including General ultrasound, Interventional Ultrasound, and high-risk OB exams as ordered.
  • Assist with evaluations of equipment and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison for ultrasound interdepartmental procedures.
  • Review & present test results for physician interpretation.
  • Prioritize exams and workflow.
  • Perform exams portably and interdepartmentally.
Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Completion of ARDMS or ARRT approved ultrasound training program or hospital-based ultrasound training program
  • ARDMS or ARRT registered

Preferred:

  • ARDMS or ARRT registered in at least two subspecialties
  • Two years continuous experience performing ultrasound in a clinical setting
  • A.A. or higher college degree

Pay Range: $51.26/hour
