Job summary

TridentCare, the nation’s leading mobile diagnostics imaging provider, seeks a dedicated sonographer to deliver mobile ultrasound services in the Myrtle Beach area. This is a full-time role focusing on General and Vascular exams.

A Diagnostic Medical Sonography program completion and ARDMS certifications (RDCS AE required; RDMS AB/OB/GYN preferred) are required; vascular/general registries are a must. The successful candidate will work independently, drive within the service area, and provide

• Completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Vascular and General registries are required.
• Echo registry is a plus.
• ARDMS certifications: RDCS AE required; RDMS AB/OB/GYN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be on the team and uphold compassion, accountability, and process improvement.
• Interact with patients compassionately; drive to each patient within the service area.
• Perform quality ultrasound studies for radiologist interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule.
• Assist in other service areas as needed; attend meetings.
• Submit accurate timesheets per protocol; train other technologists.

Position

Full-Time position, General and Vascular required.

Pay Range

$40.00 - $42.00 – based on experience

Hours

Monday - Friday; hours negotiable.

Role

Provide mobile ultrasound services to our client base.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally by driving company vehicle to each patient, within designated service area.
• Perform quality ultrasound studies to transmit to radiologist for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule.
• Assist in other service areas, as needed.
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol.
• Other duties, as needed:
  • Scanning, filing, faxing, mailing.
  • Attend and participate in meetings.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance.
  • Train other technologists.
  • Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned.

Skills

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Professional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good driving skills.

Requirements

• Completion of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Echo registry is a plus. Vascular and General registries are a must!
• Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations, as required.
• Valid driver's license, in good standing.
