Role Description The Sonographer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point area. The individual in this position performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including general, vascular, and specialty studies, following established clinical protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients, operating ultrasound equipment, capturing clear and accurate images, and documenting findings for review by physicians and other medical providers. The Sonographer collaborates closely with the clinical team to support timely diagnoses, explains procedures to patients in an accessible manner, and maintains equipment and exam rooms in readiness for daily use. This role also involves adhering to regulatory and quality assurance requirements and contributing to a supportive, patient-focused environment.
