Job summary

Novant Health Stokes Medical Center in Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled Sonographer for an advanced-level role in Diagnostic Radiology. You will perform ultrasound procedures, mentor teammates, and contribute to imaging excellence.

This full-time position requires an Associate degree, ARRT/CAAHEP program graduation, ARDMS certifications in multiple specialties, and at least three years of experience; state licensure is required.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Program or CAAHEP-recognized Sonography Program, required.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in sonography, required.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Certified and registered by ARDMS in three specialties. Vascular Technology is a required specialty. Pediatric Sonography or Obstetrics and Gynecology is a required specialty. Breast Sonography is excluded from one of the three required, required.
  • Vascular Technology – by ARRT in Vascular Sonography; RT(S)(VS) or RDMS, RT(VS) or, ARDMS in Vascular Technology; RDMS, RVT, VT or by CCI in Vascular Ultrasound; RT(S), RVS or RDMS, RVS, required.
  • Pediatric Sonography – RDMS, PS or Obstetrics/Gynecology – RDMS, OB/GYN, required.
  • Applicable state license, required.
