Job summary

Becton Dickinson (BD) in Columbus, NE is seeking a Soniclean Operator to run and troubleshoot manufacturing lines, perform QC checks, and support changeovers. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to BD safety and quality standards.

On-site work with regular in-person collaboration, training or supervision as needed. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED preferred; two years manufacturing experience accepted in lieu.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• MES experience preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run machines and assist in changeover activities.
• Titrate testing and QC chart completion.
• Load/unload carriers for various product gauges and lines.
• Perform line cleaning, soaking, and refilling operations.
• Troubleshoot line issues and clear jams to maintain workflow.
• Maintain equipment performance and support BD safety regulations.
