Job summary

BD is seeking a Soniclean Operator at the Columbus West location. You will run machines, assist in changeovers, and troubleshoot to maintain continuous production. Responsibilities include loading cartridges, recording data, and ensuring quality per BD systems.

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and ability to read/write English; experience with MES and precision instruments is preferred. On-site roles emphasize teamwork and adherence to safety and BD values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; two years manufacturing experience acceptable in lieu.
• Experience with MES and precision measuring instruments preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English; strong detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform titration testing.
• Complete QC charts and fill out ongoing QC records.
• Load/unload carriers for various gauges and cannula lengths.
• Operate Soni-Clean lines and etch machines; adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; support line changeovers.
