Job summary

BD is seeking a Soniclean Operator in Columbus West, NE. You will run machines, assist with changeovers, and troubleshoot to maintain continuous production. You will monitor equipment, record data, and comply with quality and safety regulations while ensuring timely setup and repairs.

The role requires reading/writing in English, attention to detail, and adherence to company values. On-site work with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; two years manufacturing experience in lieu of diploma.
• Experience with MES systems is preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform titration testing.
• Complete QC charts.
• Load/unload carriers for various product sizes.
• Load/unload dryers and keep products tagged.
• Soak line loading/unloading and clear jams.
• Replace hooks on lines and maintain lines.
• Drain, clean, rinse and fill Soni-Clean tanks with proper equipment.
• Weekly cleaning of Soni-Clean lines and write QC charts.
• Perform specific gravity testing.
• Fill out QC charts accurately.
• Demonstrate and understand Dyna Scope.
• Knowledge of product lines and numbering sequence.
• Fill ongoing QC charts for quality and quantity.
• Adjust plate height on etch settings.
• Know AMP and time settings for different cannula lengths and gauges.
• Unload/load Soni-Clean lines and Etch Machines.
• Work with cleaning chemicals for needles.
• Know processes and QC Specifications.
• Maintain equipment performance.
• Make adjustments to keep continuous operations.
• Clean up as required.
• Respiratory clearance and fit testing required.
• Other duties as needed.
