Job summary

SONIC Drive-In at KBP Drive-In is seeking a Shift Manager to lead and support the team during busy shifts. You will help keep each shift running smoothly and ensure guests receive great service in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth opportunities toward Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager positions within KBP Brands, a growing restaurant group with 1,000+ locations. Benefits include paid training and meal discounts.

• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in active restaurant environment including standing and lifting

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service (quick service preferred) or retail
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends & holidays
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
