Job summary

You will troubleshoot over the phone, guide through repairs, investigate technical concerns, and drive issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

As a Solutions Technician, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, dealers, service providers, and other stakeholders seeking support for Autocar products.
