Job summary

SAIC in the United States seeks a Solution Technical Lead to act as the day-to-day technical authority within product teams, translating architecture and engineering direction into sprint-level delivery. This role bridges enterprise architecture, engineering execution, and DevSecOps, ensuring quality, compliance, and velocity across products.

You will lead solution architecture, develop DoDAF/UAF models, define roadmaps, and align requirements with KPIs during PI execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software/Systems Eng with 13 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years software development and systems integration experience.
• Experience leading federal programs in SAFe, DevSecOps.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact guiding sprint planning and releases.
• Lead solution architecture planning and maintain architecture packages.
• Develop AS-IS and TO-BE models using DoDAF/UAF formats.
• Define solution roadmaps and maintain product data models.
• Guide product teams and ensure KPI alignment during PI execution.
• Oversee interface development and ICDs for new integrations.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines are operational and compliant with VA rules.
• Support ATO activities with security artifacts and risk reviews.
• Provide Tier II/III troubleshooting and sustainment support.
• Collaborate with Enterprise/Solution Architect for SAFe Runway alignment.
• Support PI Planning, backlog refinement, and Epic decomposition.
• Provide input to RAPs with LOE, skill recommendations, and risk.
